Our Approach to Fit & Adjustments
At Taraash, every garment is hand-painted and made especially for you. Due to this highly personalized process, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we understand that sometimes minor tweaks may be needed for the perfect fit. If your piece requires any adjustments, our team will gladly assist you with alterations.
International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address the issue. Kindly note that refunds are not provided for international orders.
Returns
All Taraash garments are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we’re happy to assist with alterations. Any courier charges for alterations are the customer’s responsibility, and this service is only available for domestic orders.
Taxes & Duties
- For Indian Customers:
Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties. - For International Customers (When Applicable):
- Your order may be subject to customs duties or VAT as required by your country’s regulations, and these fees are not included in the product price.
- The shipping agency will invoice you directly for such charges.
- If a customer refuses to pay the applicable duties or VAT and the shipment is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
