Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (within India): Free of charge.
  • International: Shipping costs depend on the actual weight or volumetric dimensions of your parcel.

A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient (e.g., a gift), their signature at that address will serve as proof of delivery.

International Payments

We currently accept payments for international orders via Bank Transfer only. Online payments at checkout with international cards are not available at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – India Only

  • All COD orders require a 50% deposit of the order value, payable via bank transfer or any electronic payment method.
  • Choosing the COD option at checkout does not complete your purchase. Once your 50% deposit has been paid through our payment link, your order will be processed.

Payments

All payments made against purchases on our website must be in accordance with the MRP displayed, and follow the terms and conditions of the authorized third-party payment gateway. Before shipping your order, we may request additional documentation (such as government-issued ID) to confirm ownership of the payment instrument for safety and security purposes.

Payment Gateways:
We may employ third-party payment facilities (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, etc.). These transactions are governed by each provider’s own terms, conditions, and policies. We are not responsible for any damage or loss arising directly or indirectly from:

  • Lack of authorization for any transaction
  • Exceeding the transaction limit set by your bank
  • Payment issues arising out of the transaction
  • Declines for any other reasons

Delivery

Taraash strives to deliver products within the indicated time frames but does not guarantee exact delivery dates. Should a delay occur, it does not nullify the contract. In cases where delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, additional shipping costs may apply.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, except during sales or peak periods, when it may take up to 72 hours.
  • Estimated delivery times serve as guidelines only and may vary due to payment authorization delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen factors like strikes or service disruptions.
  • All orders require a signature upon receipt.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver three times before returning the package to us.

Ready to Ship Orders (Domestic):
Allow 10-15 days from the date of purchase.

Ready to Ship Orders (International):
Allow approximately 20 days from the date of purchase.
